Mark Maruszewski - was born in Wroclaw, Poland in 1958. Since 1983 he has lived in Siedlce. He takes up oil painting from 1978. In 1985 he obtained the status of an artist issued by the Ministry of Culture and Arts. He is a member of Polish Association of the Painters and Graphic Artists.
- Scholar of the Minister of Culture for 1988. - Scholar of the Governor of Siedlce City in 1989.
Participated in many group exhibitions and post-competition at home and abroad won several awards and honors. Important exhibitions:
- Plastic National Tournament for the "Golden Lamp Mining" , Wałbrzych, first prize and special prize (1980, 1982, 1985, 1986) - 1986 r. - General Exhibition "Musical Themes in Painting" Tarnów, Baranów Sandomierski. - 1986 r. - Nationwide contest them.
